 アルマゲドンは、アニメ、マンガ、Cartoon(欧米系マンガ）を主題にした展示会。アニメ、マンガをベースにしたテレビゲームも含まれる。
アニメの人気を反映して、この種の展示会では珍しく超満員となった。
アニメは、英語のアニメーション（Animation)が元の言葉だが、日本で変化、発生した言葉。1917年に遡る。日本のマンガをベースにして動画となり、テレビや映画と共に発展した。アニメビデオが世界へ輸出され、世界的に大ブレイクしたもの。現在では、アニメ（Anime)は、アニメーションとは違った意味を持っている。日本のマンガをベースにしたビデオのこと。欧米化はしているが、依然として日本製のアニメやマンガをベースにしている。これほどまでに日本文化が世界で受け入れられている例は珍しい。

Travis Willingham
Travis has worked in stage, TV, and film, but is best known in the anime
world for his character Colonel Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist - one
of his very first roles in anime. He has since gone on to work on many
other popular titles in both Texas and Los Angeles. His anime credits include

Laura Bailey

 『ソウルイーター』（SOUL EATER） 大久保篤のファンタジー漫画、テレビアニメ。
Set in the Shinigami technical school for weapon meisters, the series revolves around 3 groups of each a weapon meister and a human weapon. Trying to make the latter a "Death Scythe" and thus fit for use by the Shinigami, they must collect the souls of 99 evil humans and 1 witch.
Soul Eater is an anime that centers around meisters and their weapons and their mission to collect 99 evil souls and 1 witch soul. Upon doing that the meister's weapons will become a Deathscythe, which is the highest title for a weapon. Maka, Soul Eater, Black Star, Tsubaki, Death the Kid, and Patty and Liz Thompson are the characters Soul Eater revolves around.
