左側は、ニコラスビル。ニコラスの名前は、ビルのオーナーであったAlfred Nicholasから来ています。 第二次世界大戦中にドイツ製アスピリンの代替薬を作った人物です。
１階には、カテドラルアーケードがあります。カテドラルの名前は、セントポールカテドラルから来ています。
ニコラスビルは、Harry Norrisの設計で、１９２６年に建築されました。

フリンダースレーンは、１９００年前後には、繊維産業の通りでした。ニコラスビルなどには、いまでもファッション関係の会社がたくさん入居しています。
